Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs ground chicken breast
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise dressing with lime
1 tsp ground Korean-style red pepper (gochugaru)
1/3 cup kimchi
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup shredded cucumbers
4 100% whole wheat hamburger buns
Directions

1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. In large bowl, gently mix chicken, green onions, garlic and ginger until combined (do not overmix); form into 4 (½-inch thick) patties and make shallow indentation in center of each.

 

2. Place burgers on hot grill rack; cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, turning once.

 

3. In small bowl, stir mayonnaise and red pepper. In separate small bowl, toss kimchi, carrots and cucumbers.

 

4. Spread bottom half of buns with mayonnaise mixture; top with burgers, kimchi mixture and top half of buns.
